The Speaker waived the State Affairs Committee referral for the                                                                 
following at the request of Representative Lynn, Chair:                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 49(STA)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to commemorative license plates celebrating                                                                
    Alaska's 50th anniversary as a state; and providing for an effective                                                        
    date."                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 49(STA) was removed from the State Affairs Committee and                                                                   
referred to the Finance Committee.
